I have had the benefit of working with a divers' cross section of leaders in the US and around the world during my career. From each of them I have built my own unique style of leadership focused on helping those around me reach their goals. A true leader of people and master of the integrated facility management model Tremayne Drieberg, with JCI was a tremendous positive influence in my career.
Excel is my most utilized tool with a large part of my career focused on analytics. I really enjoy the detective work looking for trends and opportunities that can lead to process improvements and savings. PowerPoint is a close second as the platform used most often to inform others.
I am currently working on a master's degree with a focus on Leadership. I am enjoying the diversity in my fellow classmates and their perspectives and shared approaches to the challenging projects, research and discussions we are exploring within the program.
